Delicious ranunculus in a delicious vase20 January 2015
Last week I made a photo shoot with spring flowers.
At the flower market I found the most delicious white ranunculus.
When the work was done I place the left-overs in my new vase and
they moved in to the bedroom.
Ranunculus is one of my favourite flowers
and I love to see how the petals soft as silk opens up.
The geometric structures in the glass is very beautiful and I couldn't resist to team it
up with two candle holders in glass. I really love the glass on glass effect and that all
the glass structures are different. If you fancy this the round glass vase you can find it at
Hemtex or you can easily make one from an old globe shade.
Check out this DIY!
While I arranged the vignette my little helper came to check out the flowers.
She is actually very good with cut flowers.
She always have to give them a good sniff and then (most of the times)
she leaves them in peace.
But every time I catch her sniffing on the flowers she looks very guilty,
so you're never sure what's on her mind...
